Datin Shivajini A/P Sathya Seelan

Datin Shivajini A/P Sathya Seelan was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 August 2024. She currently sits on the Boards of Unitrade Industries Berhad and several other private limited companies.

Datin Shivajini graduated with a Bachelor of Business & Commerce specialising in Accounting, from Monash University. She is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a Fellow of CPA Australia, and holds a Company Secretarial License as well as a Tax Agent License from the Ministry of Finance. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. She is also a member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).

Datin Shivajini is the Founder and Partner of JS Partners since its inception in 2011. Prior to that, Datin Shivajini held the positions of Audit Manager and Managing Partner at Inpana & Associates, a professional advisory firm, from 2002 to 2011.

Datin Shivajini has no family ties with any of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company nor any shareholding in the Company.

Datin Shivajini does not have any personal interest in any business arrangements involving the Company. Datin Shivajini does not have any conflict of interest with the Company and has had no conviction for any offences within the past five (5) years, other than traffic offences, if any, and no public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
